One small loud older security lady got pushy with an older gentleman an who was just waiting in line for an autograph. Only negatives here was the nastiness of security for no reason. We also caught a tapeface comedy show which was wonderful. Lots of 10$ tables and hand dealing which was great. It’s a shame that a couple of bad staff and guests make it tough for the rest of us. it’s their job and most of the guests were ok. It is tough to make drinking adults happy but. An exception was three or four of the dealers who were just plain nasty at times. From what I could gather they changed the computer systems in some way and some of the staff was struggling abut but most were nice. As far as the casino the staff was helpful but obviously stressed. We found the rooms to be good size, clean and nicely done. On the good side it is a Very nice looking casino and has a good size smoking casino as well as a good size non smoking area. I go to quite a few casinos in New York State and returned here for a quick overnight stay.
